Pao Xiang Bak Kut Teh 宝香绑线肉骨茶 @ One Utama

The Origin of Pao Xiang String Tied Bak Kut Teh:  In accordance to traditional culinary methods, the pork is tied with cotton string to keep it's shape and texture, as well as to lock in the intricate flavour during the stewing process. The result is a feast of succulent meats bursting of flavour that is bound to tantalize your taste buds while giving you a literal taste of a bygone era.

Pao Xiang is one of our favorite place for Bak Kut Teh after shopping in One Utama.

The interior.

The large menu on the wall.

There is an extra large bowl inside the mall which nearby the escalator.

Their tea set.

Sum Chan Bah 三层肉 (Three layer pork belly)

Mixture of Intestine 粉肠 and Teng Kia 肠子

Sui Kut 小骨, one of the tied string version.

Yau Mak 油麦

I personally like their soup and their bak kut teh is not as oily as the others. :-)
