I was craving for steam fish recently. Husband drove me to this special Highland Restaurant, as their fishes are breed and living in an altitude of 2800 feet high, average temperature of 18-22 degree Celsius with spring water from the mountain. Can you imagine how's the taste like? ;)

Spring water Talapia, special and good~ |
Besides fish, their vegetables are from highland too |
Garlic fried Brinjal (small) @ RM8 |
Strong with garlic taste and a bit oily. I think they deep fried the brinjal before.
Beancurd Tofu with veges (small) @ RM12 |
Tofu is soft but the sauce is a bit lack of taste.
Sweet & Sour Pork (Medium) @ RM18 |
The sweet and sour taste is nice but if the pork comes in bigger slices + softer will be better.
Their signature Soy Sauce Steam Talapia (Medium) @ RM23 |
Actually, the fish is really fresh and nice. The only thing is it's not served with fire rack, so that the fish becomes cold easily. The waiter told me that we have to special request for the fish to be served with fire rack, but i thought the chef should knows what is the best way to serve their fish instead. What a big mistake here~
