Vegetarian Meal on 1st day of Chinese New Year

According to Chinese tradition, we normally will be having vegetarian meal on 1st day of Chinese New Year.  We used to dining at vegetarian restaurant but found that it's quite expensive.  So, i decided to cook by myself now.  ^.~

This restaurant formerly known as 一家亲素食馆, servings vegetarian food at reasonable price.

You won't find difficulties in ordering food. ;P

Thick Soup Vegetable Pan Mee 浓汤蔬菜板面，the soup has mushroom fragrance without MSG.  Nice!

Meliaceae Fried Rice 香椿炒饭，a very tasteful fried rice i ever had at a vegetarian restaurant.  Yummy~

Sweet & Sour Pork Rice 咕噜肉饭，since it's a vegan shop, of course the porks are vege. type.  However, the pork still remains it's texture and the sauce is superb!

Fried Egg Bee Hoon 蛋香炒米粉，another delicious dish.  The bee hoon is well cooked and tasteful~

Complimentary pudding.

I love their food and wish to go back for more. ^.*

Vege Sushi @ Hu Sheng Vegetarian Restaurant

This time, i grab my husband to this vegetarian restaurant nearby for a quick lunch.

Mango Sushi, with large cubes of mangoes inside, giving you every bite with mouthful mango. ^^

Heng He Sushi 恒河寿司, it contains vege meat floss 素肉松, bean sprouts 豆苗, sesame, yam bean 沙葛, purple cabbage 紫包菜.  You won't find any rice in this sushi, very refreshing~

Bitter melon fried rice 苦瓜炒饭，nice too~

I am sure will be going back to try out their other sushi ;D
